Angel Garrido, appearing pro se, alleges in this 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action that he suffered cruel and unusual punishment and was denied due process when, based on a false misbehavior report, he was wrongfully confined in a Special Housing Unit (“SHU”) at Sullivan Correctional Facility, charged with disciplinary violations, and transferred to Clinton Correctional Facility.
