MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiff John Dyrda brought this action pursuant to Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, as amended (42 U.S.C. § 405(g)) (“the Act”), to obtain judicial review of a final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security denying his claim for supplemental security income. The parties have filed competing motions for judgment on the pleadings (Docs. 13, 15), and the administrative record has been certified to the court for review.
