1Opinion of the Court

HOWARD C. BUSCHMAN, III, Bankruptcy Judge.

The debtors seek an order dismissing the complaints filed by the plaintiffs on the ground that they were not timely filed within the period set out in Rule 4007(c) of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure. The central issue is whether creditors who were not notified of the deadline imposed by Rule 4007(c) are barred from objecting to the discharge of the obligations of the debtors to them. We hold that they are not. 1
