ORDER
HOWARD R. TALLMAN, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on Debtor’s Motion to Reject Collective Bargaining Agreement Pursuant to Section 1113(b)(1). The Court held a hearing on the motion over a series of days as the calendars of the Court and counsel for the parties permitted. The hearing began on the afternoon of October 7, 2003, and concluded with closing arguments presented on October 27, 2003.
