THIS CAUSE arises before the court upon plaintiff Telecredit Service Center, Inc.’s (“Telecredit”) motion to remand this action. Plaintiff commenced this action in the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit of Monroe County, Florida. The defendant, First National Bank of the Florida Keys, (“First National”) timely removed this action to this court alleging jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1331 (federal question) and 12 U.S.C. § 632 (international and foreign banking).
