The plaintiff’s action is to recover damages for the alleged breach of a written agreement concerning the re-siding of the defendants’ house at 32 Gaston Street in Easthampton. There was evidence that on the evening of July 28, 1950, one Lefebvre, an agent of the plaintiff, called at the home of the defendants, who were husband and wife. He said that his company was having a special drive for new business and desired a choice location for a special display of the company’s new materials and colors to aid in picking up additional customers for these ma terials.
