This is an action for damages for personal injuries suffered as a result of an automobile overturning. The jury returned a verdict for the defendant.

Plaintiff and appellant, Agnes A. Roh, who brings this *519action through her father, was 17 years of age when she was injured while riding in a new Wilíys Six automobile driven by appellee’s wife on a dirt road near Abie, Butler county, Nebraska, upon June 29, 1931.
