This adversary proceeding, which was initiated by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (“MPCA”) by a complaint filed on June 27, 2005, seeks injunctive relief to require action by the Chapter 7 Trustee of the bankruptcy estate of Globe Industries, Inc. (“Trustee”) to investigate and abate the alleged release of hazardous substances from storage tanks located on a parcel of realty which was once property of the bankruptcy estate.
