OPINION AND ORDER As a child in November 2015, Plaintiff was injured when the car she was riding in crashed into the back of semi-tractor trailer on a foggy night. Plaintiff’s aunt, who was driving the car, died. Plaintiff’s mother sitting in the front passenger seat was injured so severely that she could no longer care for Plaintiff and her sister.
