MEMORANDUM OPINION

WALTON, District Judge.

This case is before the Court on the defendant’s Motion to Dismiss Indictment with Prejudice (“Def.’s Mot.”), in which the defendant, through counsel, asks the Court to “dismiss with prejudice the Indictment against him based on the violation of [his] right to a speedy trial under the Speedy Trial Act, 18 U.S.C. § 3161 ...
