Defendant Meco Tamell Wiggins appeals from judgments sentencing him to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole based upon his conviction for first-degree murder in connection with the death of James Walls; a term of sixteen to twenty months imprisonment based on his conviction for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon at the time of Mr. Walls’ murder; a term of thirty-four to fifty months imprisonment based upon his conviction for assaulting Ray-Shawna Waters with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury; to a term of sixteen to twenty months imprisonment…
