The judgment in this cause was rendered on the 8th day of December, 1937, upon the pleadings and opening statements of counsel. The appeal is not taken from such judgment, but is taken from the order overruling the motion for new trial entered on the 3rd day of January, 1938, more than 15 days after the date of the entry of judgment. The appeal must be dismissed. This court has repeatedly held that a case-made which is not made and served within the 15 days allowed by statute or the order of the court extending the time serves no purpose to present errors to this court.
