Pereira (“Trustee”), trustee of the estate of Thomas Heavey (“Debtor”), brought this adversary proceeding against 397 Realty LLC (“Defendant”) seeking to avoid or declare invalid a judgment lien against the estate’s largest asset, a building located at 397 Fifth Avenue in Park Slope, Brooklyn, New York (“Property”).
