THOMAS, Justice.
The only issue presented in this appeal is whether a father and a son successfully created a right of survivorship in a checking account so that ownership of the account vested exclusively in the son upon the death of the father. The district court held that the checking account was owned in joint tenancy and belonged to the son by right of survivorship when the father died.
