Appeals (1) from a judgment of the County Court of Tompkins County (Fried-lander, J.), rendered May 24,1991, which revoked defendant’s probation and imposed a sentence of imprisonment, and (2) by 'permission, from an order of said court, entered July 18, 1991, *755which denied defendant’s motion pursuant to CPL 440.10 to vacate the judgment of conviction.
