Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Fulton County (Best, J.), rendered September 8, 1983, which revoked defendant’s probation and imposed a sentence of imprisonment. 11 Defendant was convicted in November of 1982 of sexual abuse in the first degree and sentenced to five years’ probation. The following July, a formal report of a violation of probation was submitted to County Court accusing defendant of making sexual advances toward his eight-year-old niece.
