Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred *910to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of respondent Superintendent of Insurance which, inter alia, revoked petitioner’s insurance license.
When petitioner applied to renew his license as an insurance agent in 2001, he disclosed that the American Stock Exchange (hereinafter ASE) had barred him from further employment on its floor in 1999.
