Plaintiff appeals by right, the refusal of the trial court to issue a declaratory judgment that the search procedures used on patrons entering the Pontiac Silverdome violate the Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution.

On December 9, 1979, the plaintiff attended a professional football game at the Silverdome.
