Following a remand to the trial court, this case comes before us once again. Appellants-respondents Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) et al., appeal the trial court's judgment entered in favor of the appellee-petitioner Hospitality House of Bedford (Hospitality House), claiming that remand instructions set forth by this court in Indiana Family & Social Services Administration v.
