1Opinion of the CourtClark, J.
Defendant was convicted of a violation of the prohibition law. The evidence was procured by virtue of a search warrant. The case is here on exceptions before sentence. Defendant made a motion *529to quash the information and. for his discharge principally on the ground that no probable cause was shown for issuance of the search warrant. The motion was denied. By subsequent motions, requests, objections and exceptions defendant has preserved the questions for review.
