Plaintiff brought this action against defendant, Reinhart & Donovan Company, a corporation, operating the Auto Hotel in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to recover damages for the reasonable cost necessary to repair his 1942 model Oldsmobile automobile, alleged to have resulted from defendant’s negligence; and for a further amount for loss of use while defendant was repairing same.
