Not me. I cannot agree with the majority’s perception of flaws in White’s guilty plea proceeding. For openers, the prosecution was faithful to the plea agreement, recommending to the court — just as it promised— that the sentences would be served concurrently. No one pretends the prosecutor even hinted to White or his counsel that the court would be bound by its recommendation. No one pretends White is innocent of either charge, or that there was no factual basis for his pleas.
