Taxpayers’ action to have adjudged void an agreement between the defendant school district and the defendants George Pass, Jr. and P. T. Hockey, architects; to enjoin them from performing it; and for a money judgment against the individual defendants. An application for a temporary injunction was submitted on the pleadings and affidavits and was denied. The plaintiffs appeal.
