This appeal seeks to reverse a judgment entered in a common law certiorari proceeding which quashed the return of the respondent, Retirement Board of the Park Policemen’s Annuity and Benefit Fund, and ordered that it “pay to the Petitioner, Agnes Kilroy, the annuity provided for the widow of a policeman whose death shall result from injury incurred in the performance of an act or acts of duty in accordance with the provisions of the legislative enactment creating the Park Policemen’s Annuity and Benefit Fund, being section 31 of…
