This is a petitory action. It involves the title to 20 acres of land in section 43, Tp. 8 S., R. 13 E., St. Tammany parish. The petitioner alleges that, jointly and together with his brother and two sisters, they acquired, on May 25, 1866, by deed from Anatole L.
