Defendant, James Barnes, was found guilty, after a bench trial, by the circuit court of Livingston County of the offense of driving while license suspended (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1985, ch. 95½, par. 6 — 303) and was sentenced to two days in jail and ordered to pay a fine and costs, total-ling $295. Defendant appeals, alleging the court erred in denying defendant’s motion to quash arrest and to suppress evidence. We affirm.
