GLADNEY, Judge.

Roy O. Roy, on December 26, 1961, filed this possessory action against Rosetta Levy Elmer and Jane Levy Shaw, praying that he be maintained in possession of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter, Section 35, Township 19 North, Range 15 West, Caddo Parish, Louisiana. Issue was joined by the named defendants who answered, admitting that Roy and his two children, Robert A. Roy and Mrs. Corinne Roy Kelly, were and had been in corporeal possession of the property since the year 1959, and by reconventional demand the réspond-•ents asserted title to the property in themselves,…
