FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
GEORGE L. PROCTOR, Bankruptcy Judge.
This proceeding is before the Court upon the complaint filed by Mary Suzanne Otto Garrard pursuant to § 523(a)(5) to determine the dischargeability of certain obligations arising from a divorce decree between the parties. A trial was held on September 22, 1992, at which time the defendant conceded that his obligation to pay child support was non-dischargeable.
