On July 11, 1995, Petitioners presented an emergency motion to a panel of this court, seeking relief from an order of the district court denying their request to temporarily enjoin state criminal proceedings against them scheduled to begin Monday, July 17, 1995. Petitioners claim that the trial will violate their constitutional right not to be twice placed in jeopardy for the same offense.
