ORDER
VINING, District Judge.
In this action the plaintiff, Turner Broadcasting System, Inc., d/b/a WTBS-TV (“Turner”), seeks to enforce the entry of default in its breach of contract claim against the defendant Thomas E. Rubin, d/b/a Rubin & Associates Advertising (“Rubin”). Rubin asserts that the clerk’s entry of default was improvident because he claims that the automatic stay provisions of the bankruptcy code applied to Turner’s suit.
