h Chubb Lloyds Insurance Company of Texas, Chubb Indemnity Company, Chubb Custom Insurance Company, and Chubb National Insurance Company (Chubb) petition this court to issue a writ of prohibition to prevent the Miller County Circuit Court from exercising jurisdiction in a case styled Evelyn Chivers v.
