DECISION AND ORDER

RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.

This cause comes before the Court on the Objection of the Debtor, Kristin Tam-marine, to Claim No. 2 filed by the Creditor/Claimant, Christine Urban. (Doc. No. 46). An evidentiary hearing was held to determine the validity of the claim. At the conclusion of the hearing, the Court took the matter under advisement so as to afford time to give the arguments raised by the Parties further consideration.
