This is a bill in chancery filed by a married woman against her former guardian and her husband to set aside the guardian’s settlement in the rebel court of the county of Barbour in this State, made in 1861, and for a settlement in chancery, and also for the removal of the husband as the wife’s trustee of her separate estate.
