Appeals (1) from an order of the Supreme Court (Coutant, J.), entered September 5, 1997 in Broome County, which, inter alia, denied motions by ANC Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. for summary judgment in action Nos. 1 and 2, and (2) from the judgment entered thereon.
In July 1988, defendant Lloyd Knecht entered into an agreement with James Clubb (hereinafter decedent) for the purchase of all of the stock of ANC Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.
