Elena Esther Avans 1 appeals from an order of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey granting appellee Ariel Adan’s application for return of his daughter Arianna to Argentina pursuant to the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction (the “Hague Convention” or “Convention”), Oct. 25,1980, T.I.A.S. No. 11,670,19 I.L.M. 1501 (1980). Avans asks us to reverse the District Court’s order and dismiss the application. For the reasons stated below, we vacate the District Court’s order and remand for further proceedings…
