This is an original petition under the Workers’ Compensation Act. It comes to us on the employer’s appeal of a Workers’ Compensation Commission decree granting the employee compensation benefits. The employee sought compensation for incapacity resulting from being run over by an automobile while making his way into work. The trial commissioner’s decree denied and dismissed the employee’s petition for compensation.
