This is a battle between two receivers. Appellant John H. Coppage (Coppage) is receiver for Security Financial Insurance Corporation (Security). Appellee J. Ingram Medley (Medley) is receiver for Maryland Thrift Savings and Loan Company (Maryland Thrift). Coppage is operating under the jurisdiction of the Circuit Court of Baltimore City. Medley is under the jurisdiction and control of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County. Coppage as receiver of Security filed a claim against Maryland Thrift.
