Tbe plaintiff brought suit against S. T. Hall for damages, alleging that he had injured her in the sum of $473.50, by reason of the following facts: The defendant was a resident of Laurens county, Georgia, and was the owner of a certain two-story building in the City of Cartersville, Bartow county, Georgia. The plaintiff occupied a storeroom on the ground floor of said building, as a tenant of the defendant, at. the time of the injuries complained of. During the continuance of her tenancy the building was provided with an automatic fire-protection system, consisting of pipes…
