The facts pertinent to the disposition of this appeal are as follows:

Appellant, The Home Indemnity Company, a foreign corporation (hereinafter referred to as Plome), issued to Valley Custodial Service, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as Valley) and Trans-Mesa Corporation, two corporations wholly owned by Edwin Fritz and his wife, a comprehensive general liability insurance policy which included coverage of all vehicles owned by the insured and listed in the policy schedule.
