Reversing.

The appellant, Fruit Growers Express Company, leases refrigerator cars to railroads for the transportation of perishable goods. It provides icing facilities along the lines and keeps the cars supplied with ice when in use. On November 21, 1928, a contract _ was made between the appellant and the appellee, Citizens lee & Fuel Company, whereby the latter company agreed to erect an ice plant on the L. & N. Railroad at Corbin with a daily manufacturing capacity of not less than 50 and a storage capacity of not less than 3,000 tons. It was…
