This matter came before the court on a verified complaint for an order to show cause why defendant agency should not be enjoined from interfering with plaintiff in her care of the infant child sought to be adopted. Defendant consented without prejudice to an order per*216mitting the child to remain in plaintiffs custody until the return date of the show cause order/’ which was fixed for August 16, 1974.
