This case comes here on appeal from a decision of the Probate Division of the Court of Common Pleas, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, granting the petition of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Haun for adoption of the three-year old child, Julia M. Haun. The Children’s Services, which had permanent custody of the child, opposed the petition. We affirm.

For convenience in reference hereafter, the Children’s Services, a “certified organization” within the meaning of the adoption statutes, will be called the “appellant” and the petitioners the “appellees.” The appellant assigns five errors. These are:
