MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

REVERCOMB, District Judge.

This case is before the Court on the defendants’ motion to dismiss, or in the alternative, for summary judgment.

The plaintiffs, two females proceeding under pseudonyms, seek compensatory and punitive damages for violation of their constitutional rights, as well as under various theories of negligence, in connection with a strip search to which they were subjected subsequent to their arrest for possession of marijuana.
