We overrule appellee’s motion for rehearing. On our own motion, we withdraw our opinion of August 6, 2009, and vacate our judgment of that date. This is now the opinion of the Court.

This case involves a dispute between homeowners Robert and Kathy Webb and Glenbrook Owners Association, Inc. In ten issues, the Webbs appeal the trial court’s judgment following a jury verdict finding the Webbs violated Glenbrook’s restrictions by constructing a shed on their property and that various instances of the Webbs’ conduct created nuisances.
