Plaintiff originally brought this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) seeking review of the decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services (Secretary) denying plaintiff disability benefits under Ti-tie II of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 401-433 (1982), and supplemental security income benefits under Title XVI of the Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 1381-1383 (1982).
