MEMORANDUM OPINION
PETER J. WALSH, Bankruptcy Judge.
This is with respect to Defendant Innovative Clinical Solutions, Ltd.’s (“ICSL”) motion (Doc. #77) to dismiss Plaintiffs’ second amended complaint in the above captioned adversary proceeding. 1 The second amended complaint consists of 15 separate counts embodied in 179 numbered paragraphs spanning 65 pages. As I indicated in my July 17, 2003 letter to counsel, this matter involves a rather complex factual scenario and disputed issues of law.
