In a one count information, the Government has charged Defendant Ivo Hongla-Yamche (“Hongla-Yamche”) with violating the Endangered Species Act, 16 U.S.C. §§ 1538(c)(1) & 1540(b)(1). Defendant has moved this Court to Dismiss the Information and the charges against him or, in the alternative, to suppress certain evidence at his trial, alleging that the evidence against him was obtained in contravention of the Vienna Convention on Consular .Relations.…
