In this case the First Loan Company has appealed from an order of the court overruling its motion to quash the summons and service thereof, and also from an order overruling a demurer based on the ground that the court had no jurisdiction of the *448person of the defendant. The question presented, both on the motion and the demurrer,-is one of venue.
