MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ON DEBTORS’ MOTION TO AVOID JUDICIAL LIEN
JOEL B. ROSENTHAL, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter came before the Court for hearing on the Debtors’ Motion to Avoid Judicial Lien (the “Motion”) and First Essex Bank’s Opposition (the “Opposition”) thereto. After oral argument the parties supplemented these initial pleadings with memoranda of law in support of their positions. After reviewing the relevant pleadings and arguments of the parties, the Motion is denied.
