MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

ROGERS, District Judge.

Plaintiff, a former deputy sheriff with the Shawnee County Sheriffs Department, brings this action against a number of defendants pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiffs claims arise out of his termination from employment as a deputy sheriff and his criminal prosecution for perjury.
